Sales Manager – Windows and Doors
WinDoor Incorporated is seeking an experienced sales manager to become part of the executive staff. Position will be responsible for directing and managing an existing, outside independent sales force, as well as maintaining existing customer relationships, creating new business opportunities and ensuring that the voice of our customer is represented in product, operations, and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that our newly developed products and product lines are effectively integrated into our existing high-end markets.
Work closely with our sales representation to identify key dealers, architects and contractors putting into place effective sales strategies to support them.
Implement a sales plan that to increase sales of Impact products in coastal markets throughout the East Coast and Gulf Coast markets, while strengthening our presence in our current Florida market.
Work closely with our customer service department to ensure that routine quoting, requests for information and service requests are meeting the needs of our customers.
Plan marketing programs and material to ensure that customer loyalty is rewarded, and that product information meets the needs of our customers.
Quote project pricing and prepare sales proposals for large projects.
Provide product feedback to our technical group to ensure performance and features continue to meet the needs of our customer.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in the building industry
- Demonstrated ability to set up dealer based distribution channels based on high performance products, not lowest cost
- Prefer direct experience managing the sales of Window and Door product lines, especially in a high end / high performance environment
- Experience working with both independent sales reps and direct sales.
- Ability to provide sales analysis and forecasts to support financial planning activities
- Extensive market travel required.
- Must have the ability to use Word, Excel, etc…

Manufacturing Positions:
* Indicates positions requiring heavy lifting Packager: Must be able to read a tape measure. Individual must be able to work with cardboard and adhesive tape.
Frame Fabricator*: Must be able to read a tape measure. Must be able to operate machinery and have a basic understanding of operation.

All applicants must meet the following criteria :

Reliable Transportation

Read a tape measure to 1/32"

Communicate with supervisor and co-workers effectively

Available to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required

6 months experience preferred but not required
Assembly: Use small hand tools to assemble parts. Must have good hand to eye coordination.
Cleaning and Banding: Frequent use of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Driver: A CDL Class A minimum. Must have a clean motor vehicle record and a minimum of 2 years on the road experience. Home every night with some out of state travel required. Some lifting required. Responsible individuals only need to apply.
Glass Handler*: Must be able to work with glass and sealants.
Glazer*: Placing and sealing glass in aluminum frames.
Hardware Assistant*: Sorting and packaging small parts.
Helper: Assists department assigned to in a variety of duties.
Loader/Unloader*: Load and unload door panels. Schedules may vary. Individual must be able to multitask between departments.
Maintenance Assistant: Experienced in industrial maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Material Handler*: Must be able to read a tape measure. Must be able to learn material shapes and learn to operate a forklift. Individual cannot be color-blind and must have the ability to work at a fast pace.
Packaging and Boxing: Sorting, wrapping and packaging door frames. Requires moderate lifting.
Quality Control Representative: Two years of related experience desired. Performs inspections, checks, and tests for quality control. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures.
Saw Operator: Experienced saw operator.
Screen Assembly: Assembly of patio door screens.
Sub Assembly: Assembly of door or window frames using small tools or pneumatic screw guns.
